This Policy explains how the Service collects and uses the personal information of people who take the compatibility quiz and use the related features. We aim to keep data collection to a minimum and to be clear about how it is used.
This Service is the "Compatibility Quiz". For any privacy question you can reach us at support@lignaggio.it.
Information you provide: your name, your birth date and — on the partner path — your partner's birth date, plus your email address. Nothing else is required to use the Service.
Why the birth date: it is the single input the calculation runs on. Matrix of Destiny, numerology and astrology are all derived from it. It is used for that calculation and for your monthly horoscope only — never for advertising, never for profiling you beyond the reading itself, and it is never sold.
Technical information: basic data such as browser, country and pages visited, and how far you get in the quiz (which step, which answers), collected automatically to keep the Service working and to improve it. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash.
Payment information: handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We only receive confirmation of a transaction (amount and status) — never your full card number.
That list is exhaustive. We do not use your data for advertising or ad targeting, we do not build profiles of you for third parties, and we do not sell it.
By starting the test you consent to your name and birth date(s) being processed for the purposes in section 3 — above all, to produce your astrological and numerological calculation.
By unlocking your reading you additionally consent to the membership described in the Terms: receiving, at the email you give us, a personalized monthly horoscope and a personal audio reading recorded in the creator's voice for your birth date, and to the recurring charge after the free trial.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@lignaggio.it: we will stop the monthly deliverables, cancel the membership and delete your data on request. Withdrawing does not affect processing that already took place.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to support@lignaggio.it.
We share data only with the technical providers that help us run the Service, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting provider (Vercel), the email service that sends your reading link, and Meta (Pixel measurement). We do not sell your data. We disclose information to authorities only when required by law.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop receiving the monthly deliverables, at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@lignaggio.it.
We may update this Policy to reflect technical or legal changes. Updated versions are posted on this page with a new date.
